it's good to meet you
I offer a full array of nutrition therapy for food-related health challenges. I also specialize in eating disorders and disordered eating.
My other areas of expertise include digestive health, plant-based nutrition, weight management, prediabetes, and nutrition considerations for chronic illness.
I earned my Masters of Science in Nutrition from Teachers College, Columbia University. I went on to complete my dietetic internship with Teachers College. My internship training included rotations at Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, the John Theurer Cancer Center, East River Gastroenterology, and the Institute for Family Health. I hold a premedical, post-baccalaureate degree from Georgetown University. I spent two years as a nutrition counselor in the office of gastroenterologist Robynne Chutkan, MD, specializing in dietary management of digestive disorders.
I work collaboratively with other providers. I’ll partner with your healthcare team to offer you the most comprehensive, integrated nutrition care possible.
In addition to my work as a dietitian, I share my passion for food and cooking on my popular blog, The Full Helping, and as a cookbook author. I specialize in plant-based recipes that provide nourishment, comfort, and satisfaction.
As a longtime vegan, I offer vegan and vegetarian clients a unique understanding of the nuances of plant-based nutrition and meal planning.
